Best postpartum app ever!! Honestly when I started I thought it would just be like any other work out app I’ve tried. I would go at it for a few weeks and get burnt out and quit. This app has changed my life! As a third time mom I needed something to keep me motivated and that actually pushed me in the right direction. As we know after the third you have to try a little harder to get back to your pre-pregnancy self. These workouts are short and sweet and educational so you know exactly what you’re working out and what it helps. The cherry on top is they have a nutrition meal plan that comes with the subscription. The coaches are very present and will answer any questions you have. 10/10 worth it!

I’ve done 4 popular pelvic floor/postpartum recovery apps/programs and this one is the most THOROUGH by far!!! It address pelvic floor, breathing, posture, deep core and more…one stop shop for not only recovery but workouts and serious progress with so much training and education along the way. They answer personal questions via direct messages and I’d say this is better then in person pelvic floor therapy trainers whose price is cost the access to this whole program for a year!! If you’re on the fence, get it!!

This is the best app purchase EVER! The fact that doctors dismiss you and tell you to return to normal activity after giving birth and no plans on how to get back to normal activity can be extremely overwhelming. Birth Recovery is the place to start. The pelvic floor is such an important muscle that gets overlooked. I think EVERY woman should get this app and see her body and mind transform.

This program is amazing for postpartum mamas! This is my 2nd time through the program with my second and third babies and recovery has been so much better than my first! Great exercises and great support throughout the program when you need it. Give it a try and you will not be disappointed with your results and feeling like yourself again.

I have always been active my entire life and was active during my pregnancy and postpartum. At 8 months postpartum I felt stuck and disconnected from my body and felt so uncomfortable. I was losing weight and had finally got back to pre-pregnancy weight but couldn’t figure out why I felt this way. It wasn’t until I found an ad from Nancy Anderson for all the symptoms I was experiencing especially because I am a C section mama. I thought what the heck I’ll give it a try. It was humbling at first because she said I had to stop all forms of exercise until I was ready for second phase and that hurt my pride. But after just two weeks I immediately felt the results. My core was feeling so much stronger and my body was changing without lifting all my weights or cardio. The other thing I was worried about is I was breastfeeding and was worried about dropping my milk supply which I did at first, but she also gave instructions on what to do if it happens and soon enough it went back to normal. I can’t praise this program enough! I’m feeling like myself again and am so proud of the progress I’m making just 1 month in. Thank you Anderson team!

The ah rehab program is amazing. If the app was ONLY the basic ah rehab, without any of the customizations, it would be worth the money. It works. I used it my first time PP post C-section and loved the results. My diastasis was almost completely gone when I finished the program (just a tiny gap at navel remaining) and that was without the amazing customizations. It’s my second time around and I’m focusing on doing all the little extra things you can do, and my family will be starting the slim down meal plan next week! The resources are amazing. I used the sleep training guides for my son, and they worked wonderfully! The best thing about this app isn’t even how many resources you get, or how effective they are. It’s the full time team of specialists who answer every question you ask, in depth. Every mama should use the birth recovery center.

Today, I finished ab rehab and I’m a little sad about it. I lost 23 pounds and am just about back at my pre-pregnancy weight and am fitting into my pre-pregnancy clothes, which feels like nothing short of a miracle. But most importantly, I feel so much stronger! Pre-pregnancy, I worked out regularly and was in great shape, and I thought I would carry that into my pregnancy. But my body and fibroids had other plans, so that the only “working out” I could for the 9 months was walking. Which I don’t really count. Mentally I wasn’t able to attempt anything until about 7 months post partum, and I was so depressed. Nothing fit. And my body felt so foreign. And LOOSE. And just, disconnected. I was a HUGE skeptic when I started —how could BREATHING help me get back in shape?? Where were the hard core weights and cardio? But I stuck with it, and paired it with the meal plan for the first 30 days which reminded me how to fuel my body for something other than carrying or nursing a child. 30 days in, I realized the breathing had lost me 10 pounds. And I also felt connected enough to attempt small 1-2 minute runs during my walks. And go for hikes. And just generally be more active. By 6 weeks I felt good enough to try a 10 minute run. Then a 12 minute run. Then 15 minute intervals. I stuck with ab rehab but was looser with the meal plan and did none of the extra workouts. Though I did add in running 3-4 times a week. I didn't do it every day. I couldn’t (sick baby sick husband sick me). But I didn’t quit. And today I officially finished the program. Took me 4 months, but I did it. Honestly, I can’t believe it worked. But I’m so relieved it did. I didn’t have DR, but my pelvic floor and core all feel so much stronger. I feel strong enough to get back to the weights and cardio without hurting myself, and I feel more like me. For anyone considering this program, stick with it. Amazingly, it works.
