Bought some Bitcoin directly in the app via moonpay, but never got the coins

Can't transfer bitcoins away from the wallet! Update, you Can, but it's quite hard to figure out compared to other wallets..

This wallet is created by the scam artist Rodger Ver with his sockpuppets in china. Rodger Ver tries to advertis this wallet as a bitcoin wallet when its a Bcash wallet its another coin (alt coin) which is used purely for his profit by pumping amd dumping the coins. You will lose money with this coin and this wallet if youre not careful. Would give 0 stars if possible scam app. Edit: the fact that you call Bitcoin “Bitcoin Core” just further supports my claim that youre trying to decieve people. There is a readon that people have been losing money by sending Bitcoin to Bcash adresses and vice versa, youre delusional for even suggesting that Bcash is the real Bitcoin. If people are reading this review, please do your own research, look up Rodger Ver and Bitcoin Cash and youll quickly realize that this is a scam.

This wallet is super easy to use. It stores both bitcoin cash and bitcoin. Recommended!

When i launch the app it fails with “Cannot Create Wallet”.

BE CAREFUL! This is the closest you’ll come to an actual scam when it comes to bitcoin. By default it creates a wallet for a somewhat “proprietary” coin called BCash (see under ‘what’s new’). If you try sending any BTC to this wallet you WILL lose that btc indefinitely. Look towards jaxx, electrum, ledger or trezor for proper, trustworthy wallets.
