They simply just stop you from trading when they feel like it claiming some legal bs or problem with services when they just don’t make as much out of that investment as they’d like… Or ”Reviewing your transaction Your previous transaction is being manually reviewed by our specialist team.” Especially if you do big trades. They LIVE off smaller trades and multiple ones, so if you go big they don’t earn enough. Then they’ll eventually send you this when they don’t want you to trade anymore. ”Account disabled Unfortunately your account has been disabled due to noncompliance with our terms and conditions.” It has NOTHING to do with noncompliance of terms and conditions… Bitcoin.com replies in copy paste and AI generated sentences with 1% human interactions without actually helping you. MOONPAY which is their shelf company and provider do not take any direct communications what so ever. There are zero ways for you to contact them and having them giving you the actual reason for disabling your account. And thus all off those ”funds” you have on your account is useLESS because there isn’t a ’real way’ to withdraw them into actual cash ’fiat’ money… STAY AWAY FROM these at all cost and every provider that deal in the same way. Also their charging fees is ridiculously high… Id’ll take days for all of their fake processes just to claim your money and get away with it. I have reported this to the local authorities and they have heard of this A LOT and are after these people and interpool have them on WANTED list for fraud. In before BOT replies to this review with some bs automated replie..don’t get folled by them.
