Bite Squad - Food Delivery

It was still nearly $5 more then DoorDash and that was AFTER their promo code! Will be deleting right away. I never made it to my first order after comparing prices

Do NOT under any circumstances download and use this app. You will end up automatically signed up for an “unlimited membership”, which you will not have asked for, and you will be charged $10 every month. They won’t give you any way to delete your credit card information, your account, or even just cancel the membership. You won’t be able to reach ANY customer service either; you’ll just be on hold for 5 hours and receiving automatic emails saying your support request will be looked. I used this app ONCE to order a pizza, and they signed me up for a membership, and I’m still trying to fight my way out of it. Do not use.

Took a long time for a driver to be assigned. One of the items we ordered was missing. The food was cold on arrival. The delivery man was friendly but that’s about the only positive from this experience. Would not use again!

They change the delivery time 4 times and I order the food, and got the delivery after1 and half hour...

Great app! Very easy to use, lots of restaurants to choose from, accepts Canadian credit cards. Features are so useful- tracking order, can see when your order was submit, if it's on route and who will be delivering your order. Fantastic app for tourists, locals and people living with disabilities who are unable to leave their home. Try the app you'll love it!

I have used Bite Squad several times and they have always delivered when other services couldnt help me. They deliver to hotels and were setup to use a Canadian Credit card where other services weren't. Ordering is also easier on this app. Just download and compare with another service and you will see how easy it is. The best part, I could order just a milkshake and get it quickly! Love these guys!
