Black Angus Steakhouse

Black Angus used to be one of my favorite restaurants and I thought I would treat myself to a nice dinner. I was very disappointed by the quality of this food. More than half went to waste and I paid 40$.

The food is no good not worth the price the food doesn’t taste bad

I love Black Angus and order delivery a few times a month via the app. The app is great except there’s no place I can find to order extras such as more sour cream or more salad dressing. I’m happy to pay for it if I could just find where to add it to my order!!

I cannot change the phone number on my account in the app. The phone number isn’t even my number. The last order the driver tried to call me and couldn’t get through. Fortunately she found my house. So I created a new account under a different email. When I placed my order this time, it shows it os scheduled to deliver at 2:45 AM! lol! Anyway when I called the restaurant and they have no idea how to correct the app. It’s frustrating. Tiring to order on an app that doesn’t work properly.

I’ve been a customer innorthern Calif since th first restaurant was opened In Sacramento some 25 or 30 years ago. I lived in the Phoenix,AZ area for awhile and became a regular at the Goodyear area restaurant as well. It didn’t matter if we were inCaljf or Arizona the Food was just as good as was the staff. One of the first places I’ll look for in any town is Black angus, knowing the food and service will be first rate.

It was my anniversary and I had the worst food it was bland and cold. I have been reaching out to the restaurant since my horrible anniversary and still have not received any compensation or return anything ( call message ext…. Very upset

Barely works. Not worth it.

Great place to eat and the staff are awesome!
