Super service, great deal(s), we’ll be back!!

Passed by Norms in Ontario earlier this week and planned on going back soon. Stopped by today. The food was absolutely amazing. Fresh, hot, goooood. Just like it used to be years ago.

Sirinart is the best waitress I have ever had at any restaurant I have been to! She should be given 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 for taking such wonderful care of her customers! I just found out she is only here Monday & Tuesday. I wish she was here every day but I will be sure to come on the days she is working!! She never stops is checking on her customers as well as refilling stations with supplies that customers do not normally see! A fantastic, friendly, fast worker & very nice! Thank you for having her! I wish you woukd have more like her on the days she is not here!!!

I keep loosing my rewards.

I’m trying to log in to my account and I even press for got password and supposedly I was going to get an email but I did not receive anything the app don’t work

From the beginning of sitting down greeted with a happy welcome to Norms server hector v was excellent . He anticipated are every need. Recommend Server Hector V

The cook cooked the steak right on point we asked medium rare and it was perfect! No need to go to a steak house the porterhouse was one the best steaks we have had and the price is just right!
