Black Library Audio

I brought “The Outcast Dead” on the app but it wont download unto my phone no matter what i try. I have tried restoring purchases and spamming the download but so far i have had no luck.

I’m a massive fan of the Warhammer series, HH and 40k. I collected almost half the hard copy books and because life gets in the way sometimes I have unfortunately no time to lay down and have a read. I am constantly on the road however travelling for work and I found it great that audio books are now available for almost all the series!!! I installed this app and purchased over 8 audiobooks costing $48 each and out of the blue the app refused to download my purchased books from the cloud, therefore unabling me to have access to the audiobooks I gave bought. It was working great and as I purchased two new books, it started to stop downloading onto the device. I have followed all the “frequently asked questions” solutions on black library website with no avail. I am very disappointed and heartbroken as I feel like I have been robbed and there is no possible way to get what I purchased outside of the app. They have given me no solution or any help so SAVE YOURSELVES and do NOT install this app to get the audiobooks. It is a SCAM and I hope they can give me my money back!!!

Would be good if book didn’t start from the beginning every time I opened the app.

Look I really love this app I haven’t had any issues with it other then I need to save my money to buy the books cause they are sooooo darn expensive. I think they could lower the price since audio bible have the same books for 1/4 of the price. If things don’t change or they don’t have like a “Boxing Day sale” or a “sale of some description I will just change apps. Thankyou for reading my review. :)

The app works well,bought some books and largely enjoyed them. Then I discovered Audible, same books For $15 instead of $50.......

Great! Can finally easily access my digital audiobook purchases from black library on my iPhone... wait no you can’t there is no way to link your black library account with this app. So your options are either buy again, download to a computer and then transfer as audio files via iTunes or ... just buy the books from audible at $15 each

Just downloaded as I assumed that it would be convenient to access previously downloaded novels from my black library account. Unfortunately it seems I cannot link to my account and am just outright frustrated. Remedy this immediately.

Can't even load the price of a book

Love 40K and love the work that goes into making these audiobooks.

I’ve been using this app for years now enjoying my favorite books. It was yesterday I tried to link my account to another app (Warhammer Tv) and realized I don’t know what email I used in my black library app. thinking I’d be able to look in setting to find it I was shocked to find there is no settings icon or option. Only a restore purchase option and 3 quick app options. I feel this is a huge flaw and needs to be updated until this is fixed I won’t be using any other Warhammer apps because I don’t need to have them spread across all my different email’s trying to manage payment issues either. Please fix this
