I have used this app for years and now can’t log in yes I have reset my password disappointing off to a competitor

Used to be able to order photos, now they only offer books.

The app changed to only for photo books, I want to print photos from my phone with ease again… add this feature back! Had to change my review. You fixed it! Thank you. I can now upload any number of photos at once and makes it incredibly easy to keep up with photos of my baby. Thanks for the update!

I feel like they could improve the app. On my iPhone 11 the bottom banner (back and forward button) are in the way of the other options. I can’t see what options there are. I’d like to customize my canvas but the back buttons and this banner make it very difficult to do so.

This app is awful - repeatedly asks for logins, can’t upload photos. Go elsewhere for your prints, it’s not worth the frustration.

Don’t waste your time here! (I did 🙁) You cannot upload and print pictures from this app. It will crash, which is weird because that’s the apps only purpose

App doesn’t work, crashes when you try to upload anything. Also doesn’t seem like an app, looks more like a safari browser. Would be better to just not have an app.

Horrible app - Blacks already doesn’t work well on Mac computers, and their app is no better.

This app is terrible. It would be SO convenient if it wouldn’t just crash when you say you want to select photos from your camera roll.

Also experienced app crashing when trying to access pictures stored in device.
