Horrible Customer Service Ppl - 0 Help
2 big problems with this app (I am a user): 1) Their customer service ppl are close to useless, all should be fired, especially Konstantin (he does not understand simple questions in English) but I spoke with 3 of their reps and all were just bad. Couldn’t answer half of the questions (and Konstantin 0). This is worrisome because when you need help with your own money you can’t count on them. This company needs to change that or they will be out of business. 2) Their documents verification process (when signing up) is a joke. I had to send 8 different pieces of address verification as their (customer service team?) rejected first 7 even though they were perfect (they rejected 3 different bank statements, 2 utility bills, 1 drivers license with address - all documents that were on their ok list to send)- at the end of the constant rejection process I thought they were a SCAM like other reviews here said. Maybe incompetent customer service ppl like Konstantin are doing the signup verification and since they can’t speak English or understand questions they just reject ppl’s registration. Unless those ppl are straight fired they will be pulling the app down to bankruptcy.
