I’ve tried quite a few times to venture into becoming a Bleusalt customer but alas, I am always deterred by the troubles I experience online. I decided to read other reviews and sure enough, I am not the Lone Ranger. Perhaps I will keep checking, on occasion, to see if the issues have been addressed.

Not user friendly or in live time

I want to change my order to do more shopping but can’t find a way to eliminate the first item believe me I tried now I’m too frustrated to go on

The app doesn’t allow you to add the monogram to the product nor does it sync your cart between the website and the app.

Check your totals when checking out. Have you ever noticed they’re more than the actual total? Be careful because my total is about $50 more than it should be. When I contacted CS, there solution was to use the website where the cost of each item is more. Bait and switch.

Cozy, classic and comfy! This is my 5th piece and I especially love it. Love that it’s not so bodycon. I ordered it in black, size 2. I’m 5’6” and 140lbs. It’s beautiful, flattering and elegant. I also ordered the yard long scarf and wore them both to teach my class yesterday. Gave me a needed boost after election results.
