I am very disappointed in your app as I placed an order for which I have 2 rewards. I was only allowed to get one reward for $20 and it would not let me enter my $25 reward. Also, I was told to use APP10 for 10% off and the code for a free scarf for which neither were allowed. I am a devoted customer and very unhappy with this recent transaction. I did try to reach out by phone but was told to go to the web as all associates were busy. Please advise me as to why I cannot use my rewards and the free scarf. Your interest in this matter and a timely reply will be greatly appreciated. Deanna K. Winter

I was promised a free scarf if I downloaded the app. I did & proceeded to load my cart with over $700 worth of merchandise. I get to the end & enter the code for the scarf & DENIED! Ridiculous! I wanted the scarf in unbleached if this is read by anyone who matters. But not holding my breath. So irritating…no reliably & honestly anymore.

I love your clothes, but every time I’m looking at something the add for free scarf comes down and covers what I’m looking at. I was almost going to say forget it because I was trying to compare tops to see which one I liked better. Make it smaller or something, and you have two of them to try to X out of. Ugh!

I ordered 2 blk pants one in navy & 1 in blk the sz 2 they sent were to large. I wanted to exchange them to 1’s and I couldn’t get anyone to answer or help me! I love the quality and the fit. You can wear it for a casual outing and evening wear. I receive a lot of compliments. I purchased some pieces for my husband as well, and he loves them.

Was not a 2 - it was a zero but the invoice said 2. Customer Service insisted I returned a 2. No refund, nothing in stock that I really wanted. Wasn’t impressed with the quality of the scarf. Selvage exposed on one side the back side of scarf is pilled. Not reordering and will not recommend.

Everything about this wrap is luxury. The fabric feels like you’re wrapped in a cloud. So buttery soft! It goes with everything and looks elegant. You can’t go wrong with this one!

I love this line of capsule pieces…so easy to mix and match making dressing up or down so easy. Just add accessories and you are out the door!

I’ve finally taken the plunge and initiated purchases. What I do not appreciate is the inability to filter by size along with there being no size guide imbedded within each garments description. These are two very helpful tools I’ve seen and used on other sites. Being able to filter with ones size needs is most helpful but absent here.
