BLUE App - holiday planner

Can’t even add an existing travel booking as the hotel I’m stating at is not listed. Would love to be able to go further and see what upcoming activities will occur, but not possible without name being available for selection.

I was told to download the app to help my stay but all it does is return to a set up page so no information to be found Useless

Due to travel in July 2024. I downloaded the app in preparation for our holiday to book things while we were away and the language defaulted to German (I think), I tried to set my country to United Kingdom and it wasn’t even listed? Not helpful at all. Lots of work to do on this TUI don’t offer something if it isn’t up to scratch this option shouldn’t be available if it doesn’t work properly it is just frustrating. Sorry I normally love booking through TUI.

The app is very buggy. In particular when trying to book the culinarium where it incorrectly states that the ‘culinarium credit’ has been used when a ‘paid for’ option has already been used. The 2 things are unrelated apart from the fact that they take place in the culinarium. This needs to be fixed.

I booked our holiday for 6 people yet no matter how many times I enter our booking reference and write my name as the main traveller, my booking continuously shows as our friend being the main traveller and nothing I can do is changing it! Ridiculous app.

Same frustrations as the rest of the reviews. You can’t login. Completely unhelpful and frustrating when you are paying to relax.

This app has saved me taking pictures of daily schedule posters dotted around the hotel that I’ve had to do at resorts. It works to book kids club and exercise classes. It would be so much better if you had the option to “like” non bookable activities and they appear in your booking schedule so you can easily see your plan for the day rather than having all the noise of activities we have no interest in and missing the one you are up for.

Pointless app try to book stuff to do but when I click on an item it’s says fault and logs me out. So I go back in log on again and get logged out when I click on an item. Absolute awful app!

I found this app very useful and easy to use. Bookings were simple and the information clear. Very handy to have this information to hand to check on timetables and bookings.

This app doesn’t even display the hotel I’ve booked. Not very helpful considering I fly out in a weeks time and it’s been advised to use it during my stay. App NEEDS UPDATING!
