Update;
Even 6 months after posting this reviews nothing changed. You definitely don’t care.
In the Dutch AppStore the screenshots are German, the update notes are in German and the text is in German. Come on, by now you should know that German and Dutch are different languages.
Suggestions
Hi, after using this app in the resort I have a few suggestions:
- create the possibility to save booked activities in your Calendar - including a notification
- provide an interactive map of the resort which includes WHERE activities are and even better
- shows where you are on the map in real time
- the app seems to want to notify you of things sometimes but as soon as you open it you cannot find what the fudge that notification was for

Poor app
Lousy UI and no logic at all
Nice try.. however
UI is not very intuitive and it doesn’t make any sense to me. I send out a request for late checkout, but it is not easy to find out what the current status is, almost impossible to find. I also can think of a more user centric approach that gives you the opportunity to see your program/requests in a short overview. Would be nice if this App could be directly integrated in your ‘booking overview’. Looking forward to the next release!
We had a problem
They should use the app to reserve the pool beds as well. We had a big problem about it.
We chose this resort because it was the best rated one. The room was good, food and drinks very decent, but you know those beds you see right when you open the hotel photos? There are not many and up to the 3rd day we saw that the situation was pretty unfair. People throw their towels there, they ser the alarm, put the towels at 6am and then they think they own the bed for the whole day. They get gone for hours while others around the pool only watch that unfair situation. We spoke to other guests and they thought the same. We read in the resort rules that if a bed is unattended for more than 1 hour we can talk to the staff so that they take the stuff so that other people can use (only fair). So we did that, called the staff and they took the stuff. Then the couple that was in it came more than one hour later to take on us. We had to call the staff, it was very stressful and we just wish that this was better handed. If you’re coming here with the hopes to use those beds, I’d say, don’t. And the staff don’t know how to handle that, although it’s in their book rules.

Works fine with Watch. Great to prepare and enjoy your holiday.
Hotel missing
Can’t even add an existing travel booking as the hotel I’m stating at is not listed. Would love to be able to go further and see what upcoming activities will occur, but not possible without name being available for selection.
Annoying
I was told to download the app to help my stay but all it does is return to a set up page so no information to be found

Due to travel in July 2024. I downloaded the app in preparation for our holiday to book things while we were away and the language defaulted to German (I think), I tried to set my country to United Kingdom and it wasn’t even listed? Not helpful at all. Lots of work to do on this TUI don’t offer something if it isn’t up to scratch this option shouldn’t be available if it doesn’t work properly it is just frustrating. Sorry I normally love booking through TUI.
Buggy
The app is very buggy. In particular when trying to book the culinarium where it incorrectly states that the ‘culinarium credit’ has been used when a ‘paid for’ option has already been used. The 2 things are unrelated apart from the fact that they take place in the culinarium.
This needs to be fixed.
