I keep this app updated. Yet, this app still has flaws. There would be times when I get no notification of a schedule change from my job. I would log on the app & see a time change for my shift ; yet no notification. This isn’t the first time- I doubt it will be the last. The updates isn’t the issue. Also, some of my co-workers sometimes had to delete & re-download the app because for whatever reason- there’s a glitch or something. Like I said - if I could give ‘No Stars’ - I would’ve. Either fix the bugs or have us directed to a more reliable work app for employees schedules, notifs, etc.

This app is trash. It never works and I can’t ever get into it when I’ve reloaded it and changed password in HR. It works once in a blue moon which makes it useless. They never fix the problem either.

This isn’t HR. The app doesn’t do enough to justify its use over real people. It’s another way to erase real people from real jobs in favor of vending machine services. No pay stubs. No hourly rates. No way to dispute information provided by a company hired by your company. No reliable information to do annual taxes. We are forced to give them our private and personal information to do whatever they want because our employers purchase their services. What kind of information security is this but more job openings for hackers.

it will not allow me to save my password or use iphone face ID.. I hv to keep copy & pasting my work ID# & password.. this app is trash

Since 3 weeks ago this app is not working. Can you inform us what is going on?

0 stars for not having an auto-login method (Face ID, fingerprint, keep me signed in checkbox). Before you respond back saying it’s for security reasons, all banking apps have quick login methods. Even softwares that contain sensitive info for businesses like Shopify and Netsuite have a “keep me signed in” option. Then when your password expires or you misplaced your 12 digit monstrosity of a password, there’s this special impossible-to-remember phone number to call where your asked to enter more impossible-to-remember info like your hire date. So now I’m storing my password and info on how to change the password in my unsecured Notes app. If you’re an employer considering this app, logging into this app is such an issue that it’s a regular topic of meetings and it’s become a metric that managers check for. If you’re not logging in at least once a week you get written up.

I love this app

Love the convenience of the schedules 24-7 accessibility but too often, them is force closed for no reason. Definitely a bug that needs fixing Editing to add that as of 11/27/24 the app has been inaccessible for a week now…pretty annoying when you need to know you’re schedule and have to continuously text your manager for schedule
