BlueLink Smart Connect

Does not connect to wifi does not work with any other smart home app over all not satisfied will not keep replacing with old smart home thermostat

Got this last week when my 6 year old Nest seemed to malfunction & my HVAC guy put this in. Thermostat seems to work well but the app is not user friendly. You have to log in, then navigate to another page & then a 3rd until you get to the actual function page. Had to wait several times and it seems uncertain it can change at times. Heat to cool or up or down. A delay & then when you log in again it’s made the change even though it didn’t do it when you first asked. You could design a much better, user friendly app with face recognition log in & a much better set of icons/settings that are easier to use.

We’ve had ours for many years, changing internet providers a few years back with no issues. Any disconnect has been due to the internet service, but the furnace always functioned, and Blue Link reconnects automatically once internet is available. Highly recommend.

Title says if all. I let an HVAC tech steer me into this piece of junk thermostat. The wifi feature doesn’t work and the app crashes. Junk, junk, junk!

I have had for a little more than a year… it works fantastic when it’s online… I have strength/ambulation issues , which when I am upstairs, it is fantastic to b able to control thermostat via phone!

New update works great, easy to use and control thermostat with!

This app is reliable, easy to use and efficient. We have used it for many years now and never had a problem. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great thermostat and app to use with it!

This app never works properly.

I work for software apps and this is the worst GUI I’ve ever seen.

In my apartment complex I have a BlueLink ProStat Wi-Fi thermostat. I have had three times where the maintenance guys were unable or unavailable to help me. I phoned BlueLink and each time Tony has taken all the time I needed, with no rush and a very warm and caring personality, to help me fix my problem entirely. I can’t even believe this is a free service for people using these thermostats. I love the unit itself, especially with a smart phone app that is so user-friendly and easy to program your individual day/night settings, but the superb customer service you receive is what takes it over the top as a purchase you must make.
