The Bluestone Lane is super easy to use and offers the flexibility to toggle between order-ahead, order at the table or delivery. All offered within the one single app ecosystem and with the benefit of loyalty. Very stable app and intuitive to use.
Hi guys- every time I try to use a reward either it flat out doesn’t work or it comes up with ‘there was a problem processing loyalty’. Honestly, I just got over it and went to a more local place and ordered there instead of trying the app.
This app is not good to place orders for delivery. Does not give estimate delivery time before placing the order. Once paid showed and estimated delivery of 70 to 80 minutes (we live four blocks from the place) One hour and fifty minutes the order has not arrived, there is no way to contact the place and the only suggestion the app shows is to send an email and they will get back to you. Use the app to order at the restaurant, but use something and somewhere else for delivery
I always get excellent, friendly service. It’s a pleasure to visit.
CCV & Zip Code Fields have a glitch where keypad doesn’t disappear hiding the place order button. Managed a go around by clicking back on expiry field.

After entering my credit card info (zip code), I’m unable to come out of the keyboard to hit save. When I try to order, it asks me to enter my credit card info but I had already saved one before. I am unable to cancel the initial order screen (pick-up/deliver/eat-in) without closing the app.
Latest update wrecked functionality. No way to sign in on rewards page. Cannot find local cafes anymore. Cannot flip over to In Kind to process payment. Really got worse!
When this app works it’s great, but every time Bluestone Lane updates it, the app gets super glitchy. It can be super frustrating.
The app stopped working after the most recent update. It gets me to the order page but I click the order button and nothing happens. I tried deleting and reinstalling the app, but no luck. Switched to the web site.
