After entering my credit card info (zip code), I’m unable to come out of the keyboard to hit save. When I try to order, it asks me to enter my credit card info but I had already saved one before. I am unable to cancel the initial order screen (pick-up/deliver/eat-in) without closing the app.

Latest update wrecked functionality. No way to sign in on rewards page. Cannot find local cafes anymore. Cannot flip over to In Kind to process payment. Really got worse!

When this app works it’s great, but every time Bluestone Lane updates it, the app gets super glitchy. It can be super frustrating.

The app stopped working after the most recent update. It gets me to the order page but I click the order button and nothing happens. I tried deleting and reinstalling the app, but no luck. Switched to the web site.

Can’t even seem to log in - the only option that shows up is to sign up for a new account.

It doesn’t show on the app the remaining balance of the gift card and does not indicate if it applied the gift card towards your order. I also couldn’t add any of my credit card on file for some reason so it completely wasted almost 30min of my time trying to order one coffee. Ridiculous.

i've been having problems with this app since last May or June (23) The New app version fixed login problem but deleted my points and free drink offer, and there's no ability to add points from purchase that was not made through the app. Ive been waiting since March 9, 2024 for Customer Support to trouble shoot. waiting 20 days later Although the new version of the app fixed my availability to login , Customer Support was so inept during 2023, I had to resend the same request several times because they kept forwarding it to someone else and not sending the initial email with attachments. I would wait several days and after no response I would come back and check a couple weeks later and by that time they just kept sending the same set of preformat instructions and asking me to send a screen recording... that i had already sent and resent . but it was a bug in the app not a problem with my ability to type the correct login info / reset with the new version of the app removed my previous points and free drink offer.

Cannot take lentils off athletes burrito

Recently having a lot of trouble checking out. Saved cards don’t populate, ApplePay doesn’t work, receiving strange errors, etc. Really makes for a miserable experience visiting a restaurant where you’re supposed to do everything through the app.

After hundreds of dollars of purchase, all rewards points disappeared without notice. No help from customer service either. There are plenty of great coffee shops out there, no need to go back to Bluestone Lane.
