This app is so amazing! I’m a first time mom and this app is helping me A LOT! Great guide on how to introduce solids, great variety of recipes, really easy and amazing app to use. I also follow their instagram account , they often have a pool of questions and their posts/stories are very helpful!!
I have had an amazing experience with this app and BLW Instagram page. I use their app on the daily to learn how to cut food or prepare a certain meal. It takes all the guess work out of it and makes things easy for me as a first time mom. The app is extremely user friendly. Their Instagram page is also so helpful too, and they are super helpful if I have a question and need to direct message them!! So appreciate the app and the individuals behind it!:)
I recommend this app and the associated Instagram page to anyone who is a parent. The creators post research-backed, cited information in a user-friendly way. I love the food library that shows how to cut and prepare tons of foods for different ages. As a first-time parent, I really had no idea where to start. The app was a lifesaver! I also love how there are different options based on your comfort level. We used the app daily when our baby started eating solids, and I love the open communication and honesty about what introducing solids can look like. I cannot recommend this app enough!

From the recipes that baby (and mom) love to the guides to the user interface, this app was so helpful to feel confident with baby led weaning. I also loved that the team is interdisciplinary and all information evidence based!
The information is good but the app keeps logging me out and multiple times a day I need to restore purchase.
I have 8mo baby boy and this app helps me so much! I’ve following this app since we started to solids (6mo) and my baby is doing great! Even my older kids love the recipes. Some recipes are family friendly. Recipes are easy, quick and delicious!!!❤️
Helps so much know what and how to serve food safely to my daughter! The team is so great and always answer any questions I have via instagram and their stories are always helpful too. Definitely recommend to any new and old parents looking for help with starting solids and even beyond. They have lots of great meal ideas as well.

This app is my go to with any questions regarding BLW. They have so many recipes to choose from and guides with advice on issues you could be facing when it comes to feeding your baby. As a first time mom I am so glad I am able to have this app as a resource to go to.
