An excellent and very user friendly app , efficient and easy to navigate, among the best I have used for different banks around the world . Well done to the Bank and the app designer .

The app is very nice but it’s quite difficult to use it frequently if I have to write my password every time I need to login. When are you going to introduce biometric login? Or at least allow password auto fill from a password management app?

Overall the app is great. The problem is that it doesn't allow me to login using face id or using password managers. Each time I want to login I have to manually enter my username and password. My password is complex so it's a pain in the *** to login into my account. Also sessions expire very quickly which makes it even harder. Please add the ability to login using Face ID or at least allow to login using password managers like OnePassword or Bitwarden or others....

We need to add transfer from foreign currency accounts to Egyptian currency accounts according to the official rate ♥️ it will be awesome

The appointment was booked, and when I entered the phone number at the bank to confirm the reservation, it did not appear that there were reservations with this number. I had the reservation number with my phone number, but I could not find my reservation at the bank.

Why doesn't the application support Face ID? It would make the user experience easier and allow quicker access to account data.
