Can’t work with Face ID, or even autocomplete or even paste the credentials Need more enhancements When it will be activated?

Its a great app BUT It’s a pain in the a5s to type the password every time you use the app. Please add biometric login. I see users have written the same review years ago and the bank didn’t bother to add it. It’s just a simple feature that doesn’t require years to build and ship. Please keep raising the bar. Thanks

Now the iOS doesn’t recognize the passport entry text fields and doesn’t offer to auto compete they. Moreover, for some reason copy-paste is disabled. So one has to type it manually. Which means less secure passwords. And while you’re fixing that, would be great to add the domain of bank Misr to the app so that the password auth identifies it automatically. Moreover, biometric authentication includes faceID. My old iPhone shows the fingerprint auth option. But phones with faceID don’t have this enabled. Make sure to check for faceID for the biometry type. I assume it only checks for touchID when evaluating the policy.

Finally a comprehensive update.

One of the worst mobile banking app I ever seen. The server is always time out, communication is always down, user interface is not freindly and very old fashioned

It doesn’t work at all

I have an issue will signing the application for about 2 months from trying i still receive an error message (sorry you can’t login now please try again later) I removed the application and reinstalled it with no changes.
