BMO Digital Banking (US)

Is this an American app because I searched for the BMO Canada app. It doesn’t accept my password and when I try to reset it asks for my social security number or tax number. In Canada we have a social Insurance Number, which it doesn’t ask for. I can log in to mobile site on web so I know my password is correct.

Just came over from Bank of the West. This app crashes within 5 minutes of starting. It crashed four time before I could finish what I was trying to do. Not a good start; Hope it doesn’t continue to do this!

BMO might just be the worst. The app doesn’t work with BMO Alto accounts. Banking without a mobile app in 2024 is crazy. Wouldn’t be shocked if I have to file a claim with the FDIC here sooner rather then later lol

Worst bank ever, it wins bank of the west, do not create an account with BMO, you will only have problems and headaches. Your account will get on automatic hold whenever you try to do anything on the app, and then you have to call to speak with a robot and after many tries saying speak with a representative, it will transfer and leave you on hold and when you finally get to talk to someone, your issue is not resolved. It will charge you right away with unexplained fees and it does not have any positive sides on banking with BMO. WORST BANK EVER.

Why I owe you guys $1K for? You guys are greedy

Oh did you want to deposit a check? All of the lights on in your house, take a picture of the check on a matte black desk during the middle of the day, nope can’t do it. What is the point of offering this service if it doesn’t work. Literal children could code a better app than this. I feel cheated that I have to give this garbage app a single star, it deserves 0. Terrible, terrible app.

I hate this bank and they always have people on the customer service line that doesn’t understand you and they don’t even know how to fix your problems

Fast easy and convenient. Great for keeping track of account activity and easy to transfer money between accounts 👍🏼👍🏼

Easy to use. Personal banker responds promptly if questions arise.
