Thanks for changing online netguard activation but!! Now i have to delete app and reinstall eachtime i use because when i open app for secondtime to use, box to insert acess number disappearing and only showing me a box for password!!! :( i went to bnz shop to ask but obviously they hav no clue! This has been how many weeks now.. Plz fix it asap!!!!

I would rate this app 5 stars if the touch sensitivity is fixed or changed back to how it was. It’s so hard to drop and drag money from accounts now :(

Best internet banking

Hands down the best banking app I’ve come across. The app allows me to do all of my banking without using internet banking or going into a branch. Super user friendly, and always ahead of the game with other banks. This seems over the top but literally the only thing stopping me from going to another bank is this app and how convenient and easy it makes my accounts and budgeting work. Being able to open and close accounts, personalise them, and customise your cards to suit me is the best thing. My only suggestion would actually be to have the option to hide some accounts from your standard home page view. I.e if you have a savings account you want to access freely but would prefer not to see the balance immediately when you log in. Could be on a different tab or something. 😊

Very difficult to contact. Lack of customer service. Try ringing yourself and see how long you have to wait to talk to no one.

App is great but find out app functionality is not consistent through all the accounts! These are the following changes if can be made will be nice. Kiwisaver app redirect to transactions by default instead of tapping everytime or it could remember the last tab. Personally when i open KiwiSaver i focus on looking the transactions instead of summary. Also if Kiwisaver transactions can display what was balance after the transaction like other account it will shows you total balance after the transaction. At the moment it shows transactions only Also there is functionality lacking in paye list. When you add a payee normally it will bring list of registered payees which is very convenient. However that list doesn’t comes when you click on payment it doesn’t show you any payee when you type name which means you have to go back to add payee first I like the alerts for any deposit and withdrawal, I wish if deposit alert can be added for the KiwiSaver Also, that will be awesome if app can give you the option to choose which quick payee to be displayed Better list and HD quality of the wallpapers if added will be great.

I can not see the activity it has always said since i first downloaded it 2 years ago ‘We can’t show your activity right now please try again shortly’ I have the IPhone 15pro but even when i had my other phone the iPhone 13pro it would not work. I have the latest iOS i have deleted the app and redownloaded. Many times. I have done all the steps, and even when i called the call center they could not help. All they said was to try and re download the app. How can this be fixed please???

App looks great and usually runs well. But it has errors so often - instances where you can’t access the app multiple times a week. Also often maintenance on a Saturday night - extremely dangerous
