Used to be a really great app - I particularly loved the drag and drop feature for shifting funds between accounts. However, the app has become slow in the past 12 months for some reason which can make it a bit frustrating to use. Sort the performance issues and this would be right back up to a 4/5* banking app.
So easy to perform tasks.
I live in the UK and received a new card that I couldn’t load over here, also my app wasn’t working as I had a new phone. A guy helped me and was very kind and patient with clear instructions. Thank you so much!
Top of the class for the security
now I can’t access the app I am required to have ios 13...same issue with many apps...really unhappy and very stressful.
The previous colour scheme was by far preferable. What on earth possessed you to change it?
Cannot use the mobile app anymore to access my bank accounts and Visa :(( no longer works on iOS 10
And awesome I can do topup, but considering 2deg packages are $19, it's damn annoying we can't manually enter our own topup amount. Also, since fly buys require $25 for points, we can only select $20 or $30. Fix that and it's a 5 star app!
I've banked with apps in the uk and in France and this is by far the best I've used
Every time I log in it crashes if I want to do anything more than view balances
