Boatsetter Owner App

I rent my boat months ago trough the app but I haven’t received any payment yet!!! I try to contact customer support but no one answers.

Created my account over a year ago and used Facebook credentials. Got a new phone a couple months ago and can no longer sign in because of a ‘known issue’. Customer service is non existent. What a waste of time.

There’s no way to view the entire message string with customers. Also, there is no phone number to contact customer service of the app.

I've been a fan of the website for many years. We get a lot of our business from people that use the website to book boats.

App is broken. I removed it and reinstalled it three times over the past three weeks and nobody is available to pick up the phone at Boatsetter Support.

Best tech team in tech. My favorite app!

Poor update

When you call your phone support, you need to make an appointment to talk to somebody. They say they would call you in an hour or so but this never happen. When you send email, they will get back to you in couple days. I’ve had couple emails from different customer service reps asking me what my issues are so they can route my issues to the correct department so I can get a phone call but that never happened. It is very hard to communicate with them. They have zero to none customer service. You are on your own.

New to this PTP boating world. So far Boatsetter has made it pretty easy.

After the recent update, I am no longer receiving app push notifications.
