I really miss Eurécia. HiBoB is disappointing, and so far behind in terms of user experience. You can’t even use a proper calendar when you set your vacations, you have a bad drop down. Seriously who cares about the hobbies of the employees, this is an HR app, it needs to be efficient for HR related matters, this is not a social media.

From the app adding expense claims are too hard

The app is generally good but the buttons at the bottom screen are greyed out. This gives the impression that they are disabled. Most apps will show them in black and then go to grey when they are selected. I was trying to find the holiday link, but as they are greyed out I thought they were disabled.

I feel the app needs to be optimised to iPad support, currently its a iPhone view which is functional but ideal user experience.

Could do with having more capabilities on the App rather than requiring web access for key functions.

You allow businesses to opt out of the app but your website doesn’t allow phones to login, it forces people to the app. Meaning I can’t login to bob unless I have a laptop to hand which I don’t, just stupid, no reason a phone can’t login to your site.

It shows very limited amounts of information - but not much of the important bits. Not even performance notes, which you would think was pretty basic for an HR app.

So very easy to navigate

The service itself is great, but the app is not. You cannot view anything important about your reports, such as if they are out of office or check in with their goals. What’s worse is on mobile, you can’t access the site from your browser as it will force you into the app.

What is the point of an HR app that cannot show you who in your organisation is off and when? Lacking this feature makes this almost entirely useless if you need to log into desktop to access. PLEASE add this as a feature asap!
