I have tons of energy after a workout … love this app! 😍

De app werkt zeer goed, ook na de laatste wijzigingen. Zeer leuk, aangenaam en effectief programma. Wanneer je voor het totaalpakket gaat, kan je kiezen tussen 4 soorten workouts, elk met hun eigen oefeningen. Wanneer je je opgeeft voor de maandelijkse challenges krijg je dagelijks een mailtje met voorgestelde keuze oefeningen en maaltijdsuggesties. Er hangt ook een inbegrepen maaltijdplan aan vast wat je al dan niet volgt. Eens betaald voor het programma, krijg je volledige toegang en zijn er geen verborgen kosten. Je krijgt ook toegang tot de online community. Ik heb nog nooit lang iets volgehouden, maar dit doe ik nu al bijna een jaar dagelijks en het verveelt niet. Zeker aan te bevelen!

The BodyFx program is great. However, since they released version 9.7 last week, all videos just stop playing after about 9-10 minutes, and you are returned to the list of programs in your library. Very poor support from BodyFX. They need to hire more talented programmers. Previous versions to this broke the Roku version as well. Update: The app was upgraded to 9.7 vc 2. I just finished a 29 minute workout (JNL Bicep builder), and the app was stable through the whole video. Update: I have done 3 workouts this week with the iPad version of BodyFX, and it has remained stable.

I appreciate the revamped look now it’s easier to find everything however I can no longer cast from the app to my TV much used chrome cast. This makes the app useless because I am not going to workout looking at my phone.

After several attempts to email and reach out through the app to make a ticket to inform them that my work outs are locked I have received no response. They have my money but I cannot use any of the work outs like I was before. This is very disappointing. The work outs are wonderful and I was enjoying them but now I am very frustrated and disappointed that they would treat their customers this way.

I began using Body FX during Covid when my gym closed. I still use it. It is a great mix-up to lifting weights and such at the gym. Jana is the bomb. She gets my 62 year old body up and moving. Thank you!

Practico éstas rutinas de ejercicios desde hace tres años y son excelentes, nunca en mi vida había hecho ejercicios pues nunca me gustó, pero estas rutinas me interesaron son diferentes a lo que había visto y llegaron en un momento preciso en mi vida, hoy tengo muy buena salud, perdí 28 libras, me encanta la figura que tengo ahora, me siento viva y con mucha energía. Hoy tengo 60 años y los recomiendo muchísimo a mujeres después de los 50’s
