Super app!
Great workouts, super team, great meals suggestions..well what can I say more? The affirmations helps really to stay motivated! Only i let my personal daily choice’s put me sometimes in ups and downs. My excuse is my HSP, my body is sometimes to tired. My weight and body sculpture isn’t response fast enough. I quit sometimes for days, but when I look at the fb shares I take my responsibility up again. No blame to body fx!
Fun to do and my energy is better than ever
Figure8 is a nice way to do exercises at home, my energy levels are much better than before and for the first time in my life it is because of something fun to do. Janaa explains it very well and she is a super dancer, who would not like to dance like that?

Fantastic programs, lovely app
Very content with the quality and variety in training programs and video updates. I get quick results and the dancing exercise videos are fabulous.
Fantastic dancing & fitness routine
I am so thankful I bought Body FX a while ago. I dance one of twice a week with Jaana and are so happy with that! I feel so much butter and more energetic and I just love the dance moves!
