Never once got a successful connection despite following instructions.

Hard to navigate, slow to connect and unstable.

Firstly , this app is not optimised for the iPhone 6/6 Plus so navigating around this app requires a real bit of patience. Secondly , this app is definitely showing it 's age as the design it uses is clearly from the iPhone 4/4S so some functions in this app doesn't work. Thirdly , it does not captures the wifi locations promptly and take quite awhile to connect. I hope Boingo will redesign this app as the future of iOS will see more larger screen phones in the future but this app isn't prepared for that.

Very difficult to use and eventually I decide to just manually search for available free wifi without the app. Much faster and efficient.

Dishonest merchant: every two months without consent they try to bill the account that appears and was expired months ago. Additionally, at Rome International airport App hasn’t options to connect/find to a WiFi/hotspots by itself. A loop trying to connect to a free hotspot. Desperate and poor app.

I just received my new black MC. I read that one of the perks is a boingo subscription however, the website says my card is ineligible and when I called to MC, they said they finished the partnership with boingo. But the app still says for MC users. Who is lying?

Stop scamming people with this broken beat down app. Trash app is slow and buggy. Dangerous nasty inappropriate behavior coming from this app.

I signed up for this at Chicago O'Hare a few minutes ago. It does not allow access to any wi-fi in one of the largest airports in the world. I cancelled it and since there is apparently no trial period, I lost $9.99 needlessly.

I downloaded this app hoping to be able to use when I travel but the app is confusing and the service is horrible. Worst of all I paid for a subscription and then the app charged me for it again. Double charged for a service that doesn’t work and an app that is not functioning.
