I order some food had to refund cause they didn’t want cook no chicken in they close at 10 smh i wish i could’ve give no stars

I hate that i can’t use Apple Pay with this app. I can use Apple Pay in my local store, but to use the app, I have to let them store my CC info with whatever third-party they’re using. That’s a no for me.

The app lets you order regular or Bo size, but if you choose Bo size to get a larger drink, then the Mac and cheese and other options are removed from you. There should be a way to choose a larger drink and the other sides as well no matter the size given its good business sense to do so. Frustrating that it hasn’t been fixed after a couple of years being this way.

When I logged into the app, it states that all the locations in my area are closed. The nearest one to me is 12 miles away. I know for a fact the locations near me are open. This app is useless to me.

I had tried the app before when it was first started. It worked once. I gave it a try today. It let me put everything in the cart, put in my form of payment, and then said the order was processed. I was not given an order number and was actually charged twice. I will not use the app again.

Wasn’t taking my card a a form of payment

Placed a mobile order and arrived 10 minutes later to pick it up after receiving the alert that the order was ready. Upon arriving, I was told they haven’t even started on the mobile order yet because they have been busy with the drive thru. This completely defeats the purpose of ordering ahead. Improvement is most definitely needed!

Hardly any promotions and when they are offered the restaurants in my area “aren’t participating”?!?! App is glitchy with handling your cart (adding and removing items. I NEVER use this given above issues. Waste of time!!!

Mobile app is not user friendly. You guys need to add a no ice button.
