The app does not have the features of the other restaurants apps. Does not offer Apple Pay and is hard to navigate

Since customizations don’t appear to save to Favorites within this app, I suggest that you supply a button for saving it as a voice command Shortcut that Siri could quickly fulfill. The user would say “Hey, Siri, order [custom name given to the whole order—i.e., “my wife’s classic Krystal burger meal”].”

When you add to cart, it takes you back to the highest menu level instead of where you were. Now I have to scrollllllll lllleft again to get to the submenu annnd scrolllll downnnnn to get back to the spicy chik I want to add to the regular one.

I just now downloaded the app for the first time and honestly because of the reviews I’ve read and have seen no reply or attempt to fix the issues I’ve seen others have I have no intention of using the app and am going to Waffle House instead. I wouldn’t want to waste or lose any money and have to deal with customer service to get my money back. That isn’t something I plan on wasting my time or energy on.

Catch up to the rest of the world and add Apple Pay!

I ordered food off this app, arrived at the store and they were closed. I wrote the company and explained what happened and I’ve been ignored. Do not download this app it’s full of it.
