Poor!!

i want to cancel my subscription please. no way i've seen the cancel subscription choices n your option. please help

Using the trial one and charged immediately without any permission !!! Ask apple to try refund the charge but cannot!!!so angry

I am using the Trial one but suddenly got charged without any notification and authorisation.

The app works great but there’s a limited template available. And importantly, there’s no way you can unsubscribe via the app. Still have no idea how to unsubscribe!!

I cannot find anywhere to unsubscribe, that means I MUST pay? be careful

First few video making were good and easy, but the number of templates and photos to add in a scene is limited. Suggested to add more templates constantly.

I love the product but we need new templates! When are those coming out?

I cannot login on any of my other lightricks apps and they are unresponsive. Paid for it, can’t use it, they don’t care….
