Don’t download it unless if you’re aware that they will steal $103 after 3 days of trial.
Don’t bother
This is a waste of money. Don’t buy. Templates are limited and boring. Was very disappointed and wish I had done more research before agreeing to purchase. Now just hoping it’s easy to exit!
Wanted to do monthly subscription but got charged for whole year!!!
Hi!! I only wanted to opt for the subscription to be charged monthly but instead you have charged me for one year!! My account is now in overdraft.. can you reverse the subscription so that it is monthly? This is very disappointing
Complaining and not recommended
I tried for a trial and end up Paying $103 for a year. My wife reminded me not to try if an apps is saying for a FREE trial yet I am so convinced to try this apps as all I know it’s a 3 days FREE trial and then I would be ask for a subscription. I am so disappointed as I’ve just realised that I was charged automatically for a 1 year subscription. If I was asked to subscribe it can chose for a month to try it but not for 1 year. I never remembered I am asked for a subscription yet I am surprised to have charged for a 1 year subscription paying $103. I don’t recommend this Apps at all. I felt like I am robbed.
Minuscule selection and impossible to contact directly
I tried to contact you through the app but the form doesn’t work. I just bought a one month subscription, I thought it would give me access to more videos but there’s still only a tiny handful in the business sector. Do I need to wait or is this all the video access I will get? If the latter, I’d like an immediate reversal of my credit card payment please.

Can get any response from developers
I cannot login on any of my other lightricks apps and they are unresponsive. Paid for it, can’t use it, they don’t care….
