I think that this is an excellent idea that Boots have thought of. Easy to return bottles and extra points as well. Well done Boots.

It picks up so meny points when I go to buy something this card is so easy
Replace stolen card
I have tried to replace a stolen card w got no help at all ? What I did get was not helpful .Virtual assistant was not good overall your system is rubbish 🙄😂
Easy Access
I could efficiently link up my Boots Advantage Card and look at my points. I was also able to browse at some products I’m hoping to receive for my birthday.

Rubbish online help very outdated most companies have live chats available now
Tried to message regarding a missing parcel but still in the dark ages having to call customer service a big company should have live agents able to help Online
Problematic linking to account
Have bought several cosmetics everytime the card doesn’t show up in account. At home as well with the physical card you cannot link it to your account.
