I love this app I’ve had it for ages and i shop on it every week but its incredibly slow and has a-lot of ‘error’ messages when trying to open a menu, it honestly gets so annoying and i end up having to wait for it to load or sometimes even just for the app to work in general. i spoke to my friend who also shops on the app and she has the same issues so its definitely the app

So glad I have a Boots card and I get emails about all their updated offers and rewards get some really good deals and it’s delivered to my local store or my home whichever I want to choose

It has taken me nearly 2hours to complete my order on line. Eventually I had to phone the helpline where lovely lady helped me . What a palaver, I hope it is easier next time.

Such a difficult app to use. Nowhere to find favourites. No option to speak to customer service or find help to try on the app. I had gift cards (one4all) and couldn’t place my order with them because they didn’t fit the full amount, so have to do separate orders which actually will cost more in packaging for boots! Not able to use advantage points to put towards the balance of an order. The app is so outdated

No contact details for customer services at all. No one to contact if there is a problem with your order.

Linking the advantage card with a parenting card that keeps unlinking offers that don't work i give up
