The Boots app is incredibly slow. I gave up trying to order anything and ordered off Amazon prime instead.

The app is great for shopping, it sometimes crashes so unable to put your order through.

Downloaded begrudgingly in order to get the significant savings for advantage cards. The setup experience is crammed and bloated with popups and requests. I hate that Boots wants to know my date of birth, location, permission to send marketing materials (these are illegally set as opt-out, not opt-in) and that they’re willing to give me savings on products in return. But hey, I did it anyway, so I guess they’re winning either way. I’ll use my local independent pharmacy in the future.

Poor search facilities you keep losing me advantage card and I have to add it every time I log on

I don't know what you have done to the app but it is disgrace I have tried about 6 times to order Olay dark circle remover and Savlon cream and every time I try to complete your app either adds on more items and then wont complete 😡😡😡😡😡😡

Would no let cut/ paste mobile number into login box

Slow. Always difficult to amend changes. Loads slow too!
