Bosch Remote Security Control+

Ajánlom mindenkinek a használatát. A Bosch Amax 4000 -es riasztómmal tökéletesen, megbízhatóan működik. Egyedül a csatlakozás sebességén kellene egy kicsit gyorsítani.

The RSC+ application is quite basic in its content and usage. The connection to panel is quite slow and error message Connection Failed: Unable to connect to Panel is very very common. The repute of the Bosch application is very low.

I had an error “unable to connect to the specific panel” while connecting the alarm panel to the app. After my installer couldn’t help, I contacted Bosch support. Ashley from Bosch team did fantastic job. Sent me the new firmware 2.1.3 (something) for alarm control panel and DIY steps. After updating everything, my experience is second to none now. App connects to the alarm in 5 secs. Compared to the earlier version that took 25+ secs. Love the app and support. Recommend everyone to upgrade to the firmware to improve app experience.

Has always been very clunky and unreliable, recently it would not let me connect anymore for no reason. Now the app constantly crashes, I have removed the app and reinstalled but no good. If Bosch has any customer service maybe they can respond with a fix. Not holding my breath for that one.

Will not connect with an iPhone completely useless

Absolute disaster of an app. After having the system installed with my tech guy, that same afternoon it won’t allow me to log back in when I punch in the code. Terrible software…

This is a very simple application which urgently needs an upgrade. Push notifications are not clear and there is no support for Critical Alerts in IOS.

The just sits on loading and times out it is impossible to log in now. app is so bad it is actually quicker to drive home and turn the alarm off manually than log in to the app.

Please refresh the app, best alarm but when it come to app interface and smoothness it’s horrible. We need more control via app

This App would have been great 10 years ago but now it’s very old and outdated. -Needs to load quicker. -Needs to have push notifications to let me know when the alarm has been triggered. -Needs the ability to make changes to the setting. -Would be fantastic the it automatically disarms when my phone connects to the home wifi. These are all basic features that a basic alarm App should have. For Bosch to be a world class, leading edge company, to have this as one of their products is an embarrassment. Come on Bosch, live up to your high class reputation and upgrade/replace this App
