Software problems
I have to remap the lawn twice or three every week to stop the mower trying to manically mow a small section of lawn and then dock for a minute and then repeat. It’s left that section of the lawn near the dock churned up so it gets stuck there. The schedule seems awry (and doesn’t want to change) and the link to my phone doesn’t work frequently. I have had to resort to unplugging the mower unless I’m there to sort out the problems; not the solution I intended! I have sent several requests for help to online support (I have serious difficulty using the phone) but no answer. I bought the mower less than a year ago.
