So much potential
The buds are so unbelievably comfortable, I wish I could use them as regular earbuds! I understand why though. The sound selections are very high quality and we have quite the wide range! The app is very easy to use and has very clear instructions throughout. I just wish we had an option to upload our own sounds, like a community page, I’m itching for an old computer hardware sound
App needs an update!
I know Bose has discontinued the sleep buds II - but the serious lack of digital hygiene to support their existing clients is weak. Many people still regularly use and rely on this tech and there is little to no support. This is the opposite care of what we have come to expect from this brand. Especially considering the price tag of this item. An update to this app would likely fix a lot of bugs. My buds no longer sync to the app unless I reset the case, reboot my phone, uninstall the app and resync them every night. There is no “forget” option like some online support states. It’s an absolute pain every night to get these to work and they don’t hold a charge, they die before they can wake me with my alarm so I have to set a separate alarm on my phone.

No support…no one to call…waste of a lot of money
Purchased for my wife. She finally decided to use this product . Out of the box failed:” left ear bud not found” ! No Bose help centre to call. Too late to return. This problem is mentioned on web, but no solution offered. It’s quite disgraceful. I guess it’s corporate policy to not help their customers. My suggestion: Do not buy this product
Don’t waste your money
Haven’t had them even 2 years and wasted close to $400 on these. Battery life from the start was trash. Left ear bud crapped out pretty quick… And when they both decided to work it was the same sounds on ration, they never added new sounds. Contacted bose numerous times about defect with battery and left bud with no response. Went back to Bestbuy (where initially purchased from) and they claimed they have never sold this product so no help there. All around waste of money.
Sleep buds don’t connect.
Brand new. Connected to the phone once and then was never able to pair again. Sending them back.
Poor Quality for the Money, sad.
I had Bose Sleep Buds 1 and now Sleep Buds 2. Very poor quality for the money. Not up to Bose standards.
They’re great for cancelling other noises especially snoring. However, first pair had serious problems so Bose took them back. Now on my second pair, within 5 months I lost sound on left bud. And now the right bud is disconnecting and still has battery charge?
What really upsets me, I’ve only had the Sleep buds 2 for 10 months total. Now Bose wants to charge me for a replacement pair because it’s past it’s 90 day warranty?! $250 for a refurbished pair. Lol, no thank you.
I can see by the reviews other people have had the same issues. So make sure you get an extended warranty because Bose won’t help you. And you more than likely will have issues after their 90 day warranty.
Maybe it’s time for a Bose Sleep buds 3, to hopefully improve all the issues with the left ear bud.
Great Product…until it’s not
Got these as I work shifts and like the noise cancelling earbuds for sleeping. Worked great until suddenly the left earbud stopped working…would connect but no sound. Contacted Bose and they sent out a replacement pair and now the volume doesn’t go loud enough to hear…lasted about a year each and they crapped out! I would be so mad if they were $100 but close to $400 is not cheap for a sleep aid only! O ya my second pair is out of warranty but they will “let” me buy a new pair for $250!!! All around disappointed!
Really overdue for some new sounds
Come on Bose! There’s a real lack of variety on the available sounds. Time to upload some new ones.
