Bose Sleep

Sometimes they work, but most of the time they don’t. No pattern to it. I have finally given up. The whole system is a complete waste of money. Buy cheap ear plugs. They may not have the same benefits, but at least it won’t be a “hey! Wonder if these will work tonight?!?” guessing game for 100x the $$$.

I tried enlarging the text which is hard to see at night without my glasses on. The changes I made did not take effect, even after I restarted the iPhone.

I like these quite a lot. Two things, the metal bit where it charges could be better suited on the other side where it doesn’t touch metal-sensitive ears. Also, there haven’t been new sounds added in years. It would be nice if there were new offerings and if they were on a longer loop as well.

I have had problem sleeping for a while and the sleepbuds have really helped with that especially when others are in the room but the app feels like it barely works sometimes. It takes extremely long to connect to the sleepbuds even when previously connected a few minutes prior. Any time you need to change any setting it takes 30 seconds or more to load. Trying to snooze alarms or change an alarm and go back to sleep is extremely difficult due to how long it takes to connect since there is no way to control any settings from the home screen. It can be very frustrating at times

My left headphone works, but every time I want to use my sleep buds it doesn’t register that headphone, and I take them out of my case and then back in my case for 5-10 minutes before they connect. I used to love this product but do not feel the support from bose.

I originally purchased to drown out noisy neighbors and now use to sleep without hearing my hubby snore. I take them on all trips and even camping/backpacking. I just wish there was an update for new sounds. The current selection is nice but could use something different…peepers perhaps?

Used to work great now I’m deleting the app every night and reinstalling because my earbuds won’t work (they connect but won’t play any sound). I’ve cleaned them, I’ve reset them, now they’re overpriced junk less than a year old. It’s super frustrating.

Why can I not listen to music

Will Bose please update the noise masking sounds to where they dont have a very audible and obvious looping artifact? I’m an audio engineer and the looping that occurs around 15-16 seconds on most noise masking sounds is very annoying and disruptive to relaxing and getting to sleep. It’s a very simple fix. Please look into cleaning up these sounds or allowing users to upload their own sounds. This $300 purchase should have better/cleaner sound tracks and more responsive customer service.

Need more options for basic ambient noises like brown noise. Sound quality changes a lot when not sealed so would benefit from other sounds that one could set
