Bound Sports

Doesn’t even have all the schools in my district(my school)

Updated app prob 12.13.24 and it’s a horrible update. Looks totally different and harder to navigate. Continues to default me to a diff state vs my own. Wish I could go back in time and never updated. C’mon bound, this is awful.

Site is not user friendly. Terrible set up.

The people are very nice and so are the logos and I love the design!

The new Bound app has a cleaner look and, for a grandparent with multiple teams to follow, makes following our grandchildren’s activities easier. The first impression was selecting our teams and that was much more effective. But, the most important improvement for us was purchasing tickets. Having grands in multiple sports in multiple conferences was a nightmare. But, the first week of purchasing tickets, the improvement was very clear; simple and easy to use. I wish Universities would use Bound Sports for their ticket system. The systems they use are confusing and difficult to navigate and it seems ease for the user is not a consideration. I know their bar is very low but, this new app raises the bar. Universities would benefit from using Bound tickets. Thank you.

Used to work great until you all did the new update and look. Now the app will not open up at all. Have our school ticket pass on there and cannot access them at all. Sometime it’s best to not fix if it isn’t broken

I appreciate the cleaner look of the “new app” but cannot find where to purchase tickets for an event. I have to log on laptop to find event and make the purchase. Not convenient and less user friendly.

The new update is absolutely awful. It is so much harder to see all information from one sport. Can no longer see state level stat leaders. Scores and stats update on one page but if you click to dig into it they aren't on the next page. The old format was so much more mobile friendly.

The new update and the ability to purchase tickets to an event is awesome!

Navigation is virtually impossible now. Complete trash
