This app is unreliable, buggy and difficult to navigate.

my entire cheer team and both the coaches had a problem logging in, it would show everyone the wrong screen and we had to wait for someone to come in and help. I cannot find the option to upload my physical despite looking up the tutorial on your site, i was literally not given the buttons provided on your tutorial. If this problem doesn't go away by tomorrow I wont be able to cheer. update: The cutsomer service guy is really nice and now I feel bad for complaining, but the site is still really confusing

I’m new to the app, but I selected to follow the sport my daughter is in, but it still shows me all the other sports for her school. The athletic director said they messaged in bound. But I don’t even see a place for messages. There is news and notifications, but both are empty.

Not user friendly at all.

Registration is a complete pain in the butt. I’ve been at it for a while and still cannot get an account opened up and student registered. I am fairly tech savvy and this app/website is a complete hassle. It would benefit from a usability study.

Wont allow to sign in says acct already exsists. When I click sign in it stays on create acct. tried computer access as parent stated I can’t access do to not being admin- pressed parent- in parent acct. Tickets linked? Where? More ads popping up every 5 seconds. Just another waste of time and money. Games can’t wait to watch the ticket lines sit- with this major malfunctioning app and web platform.

Absolute failure at every level

Registration for sports is difficult for multiple kids. Finding information is not easy! I dislike this app.

I find it hard to switch from one school to another.

This site should integrate with the school’s student information system (SIS) Infinite Campus as many pieces of the info are very redundant and already accurately on file there. It is a hassle to enter the info twice.
