First Day of meditation
I want to say a lot but looks like Iam out of word as expressing a feeling in words is difficult for me. But it looks I first time did a meditation without feeling like I can’t do the next one. I mean it was amazing narration I felt as if someone who really knows me super well to narrate this. And never felt like I can’t do it. Or I didn’t once say to myself “ it not for u”. My self esteem was in place. Thank you
