Breathe - 1 Minute Meditation

I have the latest version of the app. The calendar has always been wrong by a day since I first got it but no big deal. Then I started getting an “invalid product “ warning when I’d open it but after saying okay it still seemed to work okay. Today I opened it and there is no sound 😕 it was nice to have the verbal counting ques.

Excellent app. By keeping the app simple and straightforward I found it easy to pick up. It seems to be helping. I definitely feel a reduction in anxiety after a session. An unintended bonus, but it also works great for consuming medicinal cannabis. Probably not the author’s intent, but a handy bonus!

This breath apps is one of the few that seems in synch with my natural breathing. It feels like it gently coaches my breath along instead of trying to override my breath & body signals when they're not ready.

Really helpful app! I contracted COVID at the beginning of this month and have been having trouble with swelling around my lungs the last couple of weeks which has made breathing difficult. I usually take little breaths to avoid filling my lungs completely. I was told by a doctor to do breathing exercises 10 times a day. I was doing it on my own but felt like it wasn’t doing much until I downloaded this app. The first couple times doing the breathing exercises hurt my lungs and I felt a little light headed. But I completely 10 rounds of this app yesterday and WOW... my breathing is a lot more steady today! I’m supposed to continue these breathing exercises for 14 days to regain capacity in my lungs but I’m definitely going to keep doing this every day! This app has been amazing for me, thank you so much!

I underwent open heart surgery and a craniotomy for a aneurism a month apart. This app has helped me stay focused and breathing regularly. No longer using cpap machine. Reminders are working great except can’t control volume on reminder alarms. Startle me when ever they go off. Alarm needs to be more subtle.

This is a nice simple app that does one thing and does it well. I'm frustrated that the reminders don't work at all, though, especially since after not getting them I mistakenly thought I had to buy the "reminders" option, which I did... still not getting any reminder at all, in spite of setting two of them. Apart from this annoying issue, no complaint.

A wonderful app, helps me fall asleep, keeps me centered, slows me down. So good for my heart and mind and soul.

Le son arrête de fonctionner trop souvent. J'ai des installé l'application et je l'ai réinstallé mais ça ne fonctionne toujours pas sur mon iPhone.
