I just started. I told my therapists about my anxiety she told me to use this app. It calms me down. Love this app.
I have two complaints 1. The lady's voice is too fast I would want a softer slower voice. 2. The bqfkrounds are ok but there should be more options

After one 16 cycle session I can reduce my blood pressure by more than 20 points, diastolic & systolic. Also takes me from a state of anxiety to rest. Thank you for this wonderful app that helps so much. Mike
I downloaded this app to deal with anger and anxiety.It’s simplicity and effectiveness have changed my life dramatically.I love this app it is a must in my life
I have tried all methods to get it to work on my iPhone. No luck. Still says unable to play video due to no connection.
Who does the cycle count to only 16!? The program should allow for flexibility to increase this to any number desired. Not rocket science.

My therapist recommended this app to me when I was dealing with panic attacks and general anxiety, and it has helped me very much. I love how simple and easy it is to use and customize, without ridiculous in-app purchases or subscriptions. Even if you don’t deal with lots of anxiety, this will help you. Practicing breathing is something everyone should do. My one recommendation for improvement is the option for different voices guiding you through the breathing exercises. I wish I didn’t have to listen to the same voice every time.
