I’ve had allergic asthma since I was young and although being well controlled, lung exercise is essential for me. I sing in two choirs, the Worship Team at my church and I’m a Cantor for the service. This app gives my lung the exercise they need to maintain my breathing capacity. It’s a beautifully designed app! The UI user friendly and simple to learn. I’d recommend it without reservations!

It really is very relaxing. The artwork is perfect. The only thing I don’t like is when the water goes to the top of your screen and waits for 3 counts, the sound stops very abruptly. When this happens at the bottom of the screen it’s much smoother.

It’s so simple it just might work to get me to use it. So often these days apps are all about distracting you or taking you out of the present. I just can’t stand going on IG anymore or using other apps that make me look at my phone all the time, demanding my attention. This one is straight forward, easy to use, and gives you options. I went ahead and purchased the app outright for $9. Worth every penny.

Anyone with extreme anxiety should try this out! Whenever I have anxiety I always use this and it never has failed me. I really do recommend it to people with anxiety and stress!

Why would the dev add restriction on the app after all this years.you can breath for longer than 5 seconds! It completely useless now.
