I canceled long time ago and it still takes money from my bank account! Do not get this app! On my apple subscriptions it doesn’t show up anywhere. And keeps charging money monthly from me. I want my money back and I am not happy about this at all. And will keep leaving bad feedbacks until you give my money back. All the mental help you need you can find in the bible anyway.😉
Have tried to contact them for several months to stop withdrawls. No answer.
Crazy how you need to pay for your mental Health. It should be free. I’m so done with all these apps and websites that make you believe they care, but all they care about is money

Took a test on Facebook, then suddenly to her s plan I got suposedly a free 7 day trail, only to be charged right away. And then impossible to cancel. The app would have been great If they did follow common rules
everything cost money, free trial steals money from you and i bet if you access the tests you would get an accurate result. the good reviews are AI or bought from a website, if i could give 0 stars i would:)
Cool and interesting app! But I have had problems with payment. I choose a 7 day free tryout and I cancelled the day before, but it didn’t say I cancelled before after I payed today. So I got charged even though I did cancel. Can I get my money back?
do not get a free trial they take money from you before the trial ends!! it’s a scam don’t get fooled like i did.
I was so excited when i saw this app cuz im in a really bad mental state right now but then i realized u have to pay for basically everything :c I think thats really bad because this is a mental health app. For people who need it and are struggling. And ur making them pay???!? Please im on the verge of suic*de and this app would help me so much it looks so great. Could i maybe get the paid stuff for free?.. i would leave good reviews and test everything and give my honest opinion. Reason i cant pay is cuz im a kid and dont have any way to pay and my parents dont let me. I understand if ur not willing to tho. But, it would help me a lot <3
