Bria - VoIP Softphone

Two counterparh softphone products moved from free to subscription model in last few years. Won’t be moving to the expensive subscription model but finding another free product I can use my existing VoIP service with.

Rings only once then the next call doesn’t come through. I’m missing work calls and losing money. Contacted support waiting for help. This happens so often. When I log off and come back in it’s good for the first call only again. When it works it’s great but I have had this problem on numerous occasions. I did not have work as a contact which was my previous issue. It blocked all calls after letting one connect.

iPhone 12 Pro Max v15.4 Bria connects but no voice available if I take a bria call when previously on a iPhone call.

Unknow (408) error on mobile but works fine on desktop Tried contacting support but they are no help!!!!

For a paid service this is a bit rubbish. Every time I open the app (when it’s been running in the background) I find its never connected to my SIP service. That means when I think I’m connected and reachable, I’m actually not! It also means I have to wait 30 seconds for the SIP account to register before I can make a phone call. My attempt to reach out was deflected and I was asked to contact someone else. Not great and unless this is sorted as a matter of urgency I won’t be keeping this after the trial.

Application does not work well or in the same manner my desktop version does.

It’s crazy to think a phone company doesn’t offer phone support for its customers. Just trying to get someone to call me back to help with your system not working. Making me lose business

This is the best app I’ve found for iPad. Many of the other apps like Groundwire and Zoiper have quite fine phone apps but nothing for iPad. Bria fills the need for a workable iPad app with functional notifications.

Been using Bria for a few months now. Soft phone is seamless and call quality great.

I have been a long time user of Bria and recently received notice that my Bria 5 was no longer supported. After installing Bria Solo it will not stay registered unless I have the app pulled up on the Home Screen of my phone and therefore I do not receive calls if I am doing anything else on my phone or even when my phone is locked. The app has to be pulled up and phone not locked to work. WORTHLESS! Also no support number to call and support doesn’t respond when opening support tickets. Terrible service!
