For whatever reason, the app won’t let me enter the password. I went to check my payment information, but when attempting to enter the password, my keyboard won’t pop up. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, but the keyboard still won’t pop up so information can be entered. It’s very frustrating.

This app shows the minimum information regarding your loan. Doesn’t show any details such as your interest rate or how many more payments you have til payoff.

App was working great then stop I called and asked for technician support about the app was told there is no technician support. And she just hung up the phone very unprofessional and rude

The app worked the first week, seems to be a common trend after looking in the internet. Every time I go to log in in app , the app just restarts back to login page. I amhavent been able to make a payment through the app in like 2 months.

Financed my 2016 Hyundai elantra in Nov. 2022. Was not paying attention to the interest rate bc I was desperate to get a vehicle. Looking back I was sold the car for 17,000 the car is valued at 13,000 via Kelley Blue book. The total amount for the vehicle is 26,000. I was looking at the app and it says they are charging me $13 a day in interest. I had 2 returned payments this month and they charged me for 4 insufficient funds. The app is not updating new or next payments. And the customer service can’t give an answer to anything. If somebody reads this and knows a way for me to transfer this loan to a different company please help me.

This company is a modern day version of hi Tech crooks. And interest rates are insane. NOW you can say no to the interest rate, but they know you desperate, and they going to exploit the desperation. And the interest rate is so small you can easily overlook it, and they fail to mention it when it’s high. They take a vantage of desperate people. And another example say you pay your vehicle off soon by paying the principal. So your balance is now zero. Now ask me why the following month they want you to pay the next month interest. ?. There is a zero balance. And they will not give you the title until it’s paid off. So why do YOU HAVE TO PAY ANY THING? Does that sound right to you? Never missed a payment…

What’s the point of offering an app if you won’t keep up with needed updates to keep the app running? The app has been unusable for several weeks with no updates in sight. This is disappointing, the betas have been available to you for months and you guys just sat there doing nothing to prepare for the large amounts of users who upgraded their device and software. Do better.

I was in the recent hurricane Helene in the Appalachian foothills of South Carolina. Called to delay payment and they said no. Let them know there are women here who can’t even get baby formula. Said there’s nothing they can do and on top of that will be charging me over seven dollars a day late interest payment. Will probably lawyer up when things get back to normal. Avoid company at all cost

I wouldn’t go through this loan company ever again, under some circumstances you really should help out your costumer, not these people. I get it everyone doesn’t tell the truth but that’s not for you to decide, they honestly have no idea what there doing
