What is the purpose of the app if it redirects you back to the web every time .

Making principal only payments are a hassle you need to call . The app is useless

I just deleted it after less than 10 minutes of using it z lock ups, DOB calendar would not accept until pressing “OK” at least 12 times … then it became Modal and I had to close the app .. more testing needed . I develop software for a living .. please use more time testing with independent testing software company before release

Can’t even access my account because it doesn’t allow you to enter a DOB. Very bad app. Hard to believe in 2024.

Stupid app & website keeps trying to set up new account instead of logging in to my account, which of course they both tell me the account already exists. Please fix these garbage systems.

I’ve been trying to update this app since last night to pay my car note. It is still upload, why can’t I use the original version of this is going to take 40 days and 40 nights to update? Ridiculous!!

Will remind me payment is due in a few days but won’t send any email to rest my password. Checked spam and entire account.

They’re rip offs. Don’t get even 3 days behind. They coming to get your car and wants you to pay the full amount to get it back. Horrible. Please don’t use Bridgecrest. I hope this spreads to everybody

This app isn’t good at all can’t even log into it. Definitely need a logistics team asap to help them make this app run smoothly.

How am I supposed to make my payment when I can’t even log into your app? for as much money as y’all charging in interest payments you should at least have your website up and running so people can make their payment. your website is garbage you need to fix it ASAP
