App is full of bugs and is purposefully made for ruining the happy lives of students

dk why but the app malfunctions all the time; doesn't open course homepage and doesn’t update its data. i have to download and redownload all the time to restart it

AFTER THE UPDATE, IT JUST SHOWS THE UNIVERSITY'S CLASSES IN A PAINFULLY SMALL BROWSER WINDOW. WHAT KIND OF CRAZY FOOLS CREATED THIS APP?! ARE THEY FOR REAL?!

App just closes and unable to reach login screen

Hello, every time when i open this app it asks to search for the university when i select Manipal University Jaipur from the list it opens up a webkit inside the app and does authentication using Microsoft account. Post completion of authentication it's not redirecting back to the app instead it says on Webkit. I have tired to login many times and even tried to by resetting the iphone. If this the expected behaviour then there no scope for this app instead a student can login using the Browser to access the university content. The university helpdesk could not resolve this issue. I tried on my iPad as well but same issue. Please help me resolve this issue.
