Brili Routines – Visual Time‪r

This is the best app I have ever used and couldn’t have designed it better myself! As a mum of a 12 year old with Autism and who works with primary school aged children with SEND, visual timetables and sand timers are staple throughout my day - and keeping up with making different parts to suit all eventualities/replace lost pictures/ bespoke pictures is always an issue. To be able to snap a picture and upload it is brilliant. The independence the app encourages is a key benefit. The supporting information provided is really going to help parents new to this kind of system. I have recommended this app to my school and to my sons school, and all the parents I can reach! It’s a game changer. Clearly produced by someone who understands needs associated with autism!

This is a fantastic app run by a fantastic team. They’re very receptive to user feedback. I’m a big fan of this product, a great deal of work must have gone into it. As an adult with ADHD the child friendly design is an initial hurdle, since being treated like children or being told we’re acting like children can be an RSD sensitive topic. But the contents of the app are so practical and easy to use that it’s worth sticking with this - I’m now a premium member and am planning to use this into the future, especially if and when they’re able to release a version made for adults that we can customise more fully. It has that most vital function - that your routine can be returned to, polished and improved, tailored to your own life, for as many cycles of routine creation - abandonment - reattempt as you need. One day I hope to make this app a permanent fixture in outsourcing my executive function.

i’m using this for myself and it’s a really useful app however it keeps logging me out and i keep forgetting my username and password and starting the routine four minutes late which causes all my tasks to be shorter even when i’ve completed a 20 minute task in 10 minutes. i go into the app when i need to start the routine but then i have to waste time logging in so what’s the point? despite this, it’s really useful and well put together, just wish it wouldn’t make me waste my time logging in nearly every time i open the app

Only used this for a week, but already seeing incredible changes. Unlike advertised, I use this on myself. I’m 33 years old and have ADHD. I use the app to guide my mornings and evening routines, and it has worked better then any other routine app I’ve tried. I do have three children, and I’m looking forward to setting up routines for them also. I believe the developers have great scope in adapting this software for adults. However, it works just fine as is, so far anyway. I’ll be subscribing after my free month trial.

Got the app from a recommendation by Youtuber How To ADHD. I agree with her - we need an adult version as the way the app builds rewards and puts on just the right amount of pressure in my mornings. However, it logs me out most of the time when I reopen the app, and sometimes routines don't pause properly. There should be an option to use up remaining time on other tasks (not just fun) - ie get dressed in 5 minutes instead of 15 and you can use the remaining minutes on breakfast.

We've now got the hang of it and it's been useful so far. I like the way we get notifications when a routine needs to start so we don't forget what time it is. The developer got in touch directly which was a nice touch.

bought it yesterday, and am lovin it already!! Simple to use. My son said thinks it's great fun. I don't have to stand over him and I'm looking forward to lots more nights likewise. We are already thinking of matching it with a second hand Apple Watch so we can deal with sleepovers 'by proxy'. I can't think of a thing wrong with this App.

Really needs offline mode to be of use for me. Edit- I really like this app! It's great but 39.99 a year is way too expensive for my needs, it's a shame it wasn't priced a better, I'd be happy to pay £5.00 for premium if it was for a lifetime. Just a real shame free mode only gives you 1 routine if it allowed 2-3 routines that would be really great!

If there was a version of this with just the singular account this would get five stars.

This is a fantastic way to provide visual (and audio, if you choose) prompts to help children keep moving with self-care tasks. This was a game changer for our family and helping to establish healthy routines and remind everyone of the important every day must-do’s! Highly recommend.
